April, eröffnen der Vorsitzende der Deutschen Bischofskonferenz, Karl Kardinal Lehmann, und die Bischöfin der Evangelisch-lutherischen Landeskirche Hannovers, Dr. Margot Käßmann, Mitglied des Rates der Evangelischen Kirche in Deutschland (EKD), in Bremen die bundesweite Woche für das Leben. Nach einer gemeinsamen Pressekonferenz, in der Kardinal Lehmann und Landesbischöfin Käßmann das diesjährige Thema “Mit Kindern in die Zukunft gehen” vorstellen, findet um 11 Uhr ein Ökumenischer Gottesdienst im Dom St. Petri in Bremen statt.

Der Gottesdienst wird live von der ARD übertragen. Neben Kardinal Lehmann und Landesbischöfin Käßmann, die die Predigt hält, wirken unter anderem auch der Bischof von Osnabrück, Dr. Franz-Josef Bode, und der Schriftführer des Kirchenausschusses der Bremischen Evangelischen Kirche, Pastor Louis-Ferdinand von Zobeltitz, im Gottesdienst mit.

Um 12:30 Uhr findet dann ein Podiumsgespräch zum Thema “Wertevermittlung und religiöse Erziehung” mit Landesbischöfin Käßmann, Kardinal Lehmann und Professorin em. Dr. Gertrud Nunner-Winkler (München), ehemalige Leiterin der Arbeitsgruppe “Moralforschung” am Max-Planck-Institut für Kognitions- und Neurowissenschaften, in der City-Kirche Unser Lieben Frauen (Kirchhof 27) statt, das von Tom Buhrow, Moderator der ARD-Tagesthemen, geleitet wird.

Von 12 Uhr bis 15:30 Uhr findet auf dem Marktplatz ein buntes Rahmenprogramm statt. Neben Musik und Diskussionsveranstaltungen stellen sich verschiedene kirchliche Beratungs- und Serviceeinrichtungen für Familien und Kinder vor. Näheres entnehmen Sie bitte dem unten stehenden Programm.

Die diesjährige Woche für das Leben bildet den Abschluss des auf drei Jahre angelegten Schwerpunktthemas unter dem Leitmotiv “KinderSegen – Hoffnung für das Leben”.

Die Woche für das Leben ist eine gemeinsame Initiative der katholischen und evangelischen Kirche, die sich mit Fragen rund um das Thema Lebensschutz befasst. Nach einer bundesweiten Eröffnung gibt es in den Bistümern und den Landeskirchen zahlreiche Einzelveranstaltungen, die von Gemeinden, Verbänden oder Arbeitsgruppen durchgeführt werden. April, die Heilige Messe in der katholischen Sankt-Hedwigs-Kathedrale in Berlin besuchen. KIRCHE IN NOT hat die Komposition der Messe „Tu es Petrus“ durch den renommierten Berliner Musik-Professor Wolfgang Seifen mit-initiiert. Sie ist ein Geschenk zum 80. Geburtstag von Papst Benedikt XVI. und wird am 10. Oktober auch im Petersdom in Rom aufgeführt.

Außer Bundeskanzlerin Angela Merkel, Vertretern der Bundesregierung und dem Erzbischof von Berlin, Georg Kardinal Sterzinsky, werden auch Repräsentanten des Diplomatischen Korps erwartet, an ihrer Spitze der Botschafter des Vatikans, Erzbischof Erwin Josef Ender. Joachim Kardinal Meisner, Erzbischof von Köln und Schirmherr der Komposition, wird das Pontifikalamt zelebrieren und die Predigt halten.

Der Festgottesdienst wird ab 10 Uhr live vom Kulturradio des Rundfunks Berlin-Brandenburg übertragen. Deutsche Welle TV strahlt zwischen dem 16. und 18. April eine Filmdokumentation über die Entstehung, das Einstudieren und die Vorbereitung der Messe in verschiedenen Sprachen aus. Das Bayerische Fernsehen zeigt am Montag, 16. April, und am Mittwoch, 18. April, jeweils um 19.30 Uhr einen Beitrag über Papst Benedikt XVI. und die Messe „Tu es Petrus“.

HANNOVER – Einen Anschluss unter der Nummer 01803-OSTERN haben die Zuschauerinnen und Zuschauer der ZDF-Fernsehgottesdienste ab Ostersonntag. Denn der Beratungsservice für die ca. 1 Million Zuschauer der evangelischen ZDF-Fernsehgottesdienste startet am 8. April mit der Übertragung aus der Erlöserkirche in Bad Homburg. Pfarrer Bernd Merz, der Rundfunkbeauftragte des Rates der Evangelischen Kirche in Deutschland (EKD), freut sich, dass dieser Service wieder angeboten werden kann: “Nach jedem evangelischen ZDF-Fernsehgottesdienst gibt es bei vielen Zuschauern großen Gesprächsbedarf. Nicht nur über den Gottesdienst selbst. Manchmal löst diese Sendung Erinnerungen und Lebensthemen aus. Die Zuschauerberatung nimmt deshalb eine besondere, einmalige seelsorgerliche Aufgabe wahr.”

Die Nummer wird während des Gottesdienstes eingeblendet, und so stehen von 10 bis 14 Uhr den Anrufern und Anruferinnen kompetente Gesprächspartner zur Verfügung. Dazu wurde die zentrale Servicerufnummer eingerichtet, die zu jedem ZDF-Gottesdienst für die Zuschauer eingeblendet wird:

Auf Grund der Erfahrungen aus den vergangenen Jahren rechnet die Evangelische Rundfunkarbeit mit bis zu 1000 Anrufen pro Gottesdienst. Aber, so Bernd Merz, “wichtig ist uns dabei nicht der Erfolg in Zahlen. Hier geht es um Sorgen und Probleme der Menschen, denen wir ein Forum bieten.”

Am Ende der Leitung treffen die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter auf erfahrene Telefonseelsorger, die sich Zeit für die Fragen und Anliegen der Zuschauer nehmen. Sie sind über den jeweiligen Gottesdienst informiert und kennen dessen Inhalte und Hintergründe. Sie leiten auch Anfragen zu Textbuchwünschen, Videos, DVDs und Liedern weiter und vermitteln den direkten Kontakt zur Gemeinde. Die Zuschauerberatung wurde auf Grund technischer und personeller Neuerungen im vergangenen Jahr unterbrochen und startet jetzt wieder neu durch.

März in Berlin findet am Sonntag, 25. März um 18 Uhr im Berliner Dom ein Ökumenischer Vespergottesdienst statt.

Dem Gottesdienst stehen der Vorsitzende der Deutschen Bischofskonferenz, Karl Kardinal Lehmann, und der Vorsitzende des Rates der Evangelischen Kirche in Deutschland (EKD), Bischof Dr. Wolfgang Huber, vor. Darüber hinaus sind die Arbeitsgemeinschaft Christlicher Kirchen in Deutschland und die Auslandsgemeinden der Länder der Europäischen Union an dem Jubiläumsgottesdienst beteiligt. Eingeladen sind die höchsten Vertreter der Verfassungsorgane der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, die Abgeordneten des Deutschen Bundestages und das diplomatische Corps. Der Gottesdienst wird von dem Fernsehsender Phoenix live ausgestrahlt.
